The Garden Wonderers
Preschool Program

Spend a fun and educational hour
re-discovering nature with your preschooler!

Kids will love this fun program that builds on
their natural curiosity and enriches their understanding of nature. Each theme day
includes garden exploration and a story, craft, snack or take-home surprise!

Choice of program times:
10:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m.

Garden Wonderers fee:
$10 per child, plus Hershey Gardens
admission

Members-only discount plans:
1 session (6 classes): $40
All sessions (24 classes): $150

French fries galore from your own bag of potatoes.

Celebrate Independance Day at the gardens while enjoying
the colors of the season.

July 17, 2008 | Super Summer
Signs of summer abound as we explore the gardens.

August 7, 2008 | ABC
Learn your ABC’s while we examine the different flowers
that grow for each letter.

August 21, 2008 | Vacation in the Garden
Take a mini-vacation as we travel to Italy, Japan
and California.

September 4, 2008 | Herb Garden Glory
Learn how herbs are used every day and delve into the
splendors of these miraculous plants.

September 18, 2008 | Grandparents Tea Party
Bring your grandparents and enjoy a tea party. Let us know if
you need to adopt a grandparent for the day.

Session 4

October 2, 2008 | Enjoy the Harvest
Come help the gardens harvest some of our many vegetables.

October 16, 2008 | Fall into Fall
The gardens are alive with fall color! Be a detective as we look for clues to the changing season.

November 6, 2008 | A Long Winters Night
Explore some of the flowers that sleep all winter and help the
gardeners plant tulips to enjoy next spring.

November 20, 2008 | Giving Thanks
Give thanks for the harvest and other wonders of nature.

December 4, 2008 | Exploring Evergreens
Help decorate our evergreen trees with edible ornaments for
our furry and feathered friends.

December 18, 2008 | Gifts from the Garden
December is a special time to reflect upon all the gifts we have received from the garden all year. Come party with your friends for one last time in 2008.
